BAB II TINJAUAN PUSTAKA Pada bab ini peneliti membahas tentang kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik dan kinerja. Peneliti akan merangkum teori-teori dari inti penelitian yang menggunakan referensi dari pendapat para ahli, buku dan jurnal- jurnal terdahulu. Peneliti juga menyertakan penelitian terdahulu dan hipotesis pada penelitian ini. 2.1. Based on a research review on the trait theory of leadership and what is known about the concept of expertise, this paper attempts to find a convergence between leader and expert traits.
